JengaMarket is a multi-tenant marketplace connecting buyers and independent shop vendors across East Africa. Each vendor operates their own storefront on our platform.

• Account details you provide when registering: name, username, email address and password (stored securely hashed).
• Order and delivery information, including shipping address and payment confirmation details.
• Usage information such as pages visited, market/language preferences, and your basket and wishlist.
• Basic technical data for security and operations: IP address, device and browser type.

• To provide and improve the marketplace, process orders and payments, and deliver support.
• To protect the platform and users from fraud, abuse and security threats.
• To send service communications (order updates, account notifications).

Your order information is shared with the vendor shop you purchase from so they can fulfil your order. We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with service providers who help us operate the platform (hosting, payments, analytics), under strict confidentiality.
